These terms cover the use of this website and enrolment in courses run by KnowledgeBox at the Chamber of Commerce Building, Tripoli Boulevard, Tripoli, Lebanon. By requesting a place on a course you accept them.
Asking for a seat through this website does not confirm a place. Your seat is confirmed only once we contact you to confirm it, subject to remaining capacity in the batch. Where a course lists prerequisites, we may ask you to complete them first. Seats are held for a limited period pending payment.
Course fees are listed on each course page. Payment is arranged after your enrolment is confirmed — we will send the payment instructions and the deadline. No payment is taken through this website. Fees include the course materials and, where stated, the certification exam voucher.
To cancel your place or move to a later batch, contact the office before the course starts and we will arrange it. If we cancel or reschedule a batch ourselves, you may transfer to another batch or receive a refund of what you have paid for it.
Our courses are taught in person and depend on attendance. Persistent absence may mean you cannot complete the course or receive a certificate. We expect respectful conduct toward instructors, other students and the equipment in our labs.
Certificates of completion are issued to students who meet the attendance and assessment requirements of their course. Each certificate carries a verification code that can be checked on this website. We may revoke a certificate obtained through misrepresentation, cheating or other serious misconduct; a revoked certificate shows as revoked when verified.
Course materials, including official curriculum content from our certification partners, are provided for your own study. Please do not copy, resell or redistribute them.
