KnowledgeBox is an in-person IT and cybersecurity training institute based at the Chamber of Commerce Building, Tripoli Boulevard, Tripoli, Lebanon. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us or enrol in a course, and what we do with it.
We collect the information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, and the course or batch you are interested in. If you enrol, we also keep enrolment records — attendance, course progress, payment status and any certificate issued to you. We do not ask for identity documents, and we do not collect sensitive personal data.
Your information is used to confirm and manage your enrolment, to schedule classes, to contact you about your course, and to issue and verify your certificate. If you have asked us to, we may also send occasional updates about upcoming batches. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We share only what is necessary: certification bodies such as Cisco when you sit an official exam through us, and service providers who host our website or send our email on our behalf. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Certificates we issue carry a public verification code. Anyone holding that code can check the certificate on this website and will see the recipient's name, the course taken, the issue date and the certificate status. Nothing else is shown.
Enrolment and certificate records are kept for as long as we need them to support verification requests and our own accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to an enrolment are removed once they are no longer useful. Access to our systems is limited to staff who need it.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete records we are not required to keep. Write to info@knowledgebox.me or visit the office and we will handle it.
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the site or our courses after a change means the updated policy applies.
